Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Registrar to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering proactive communication among faculty, students, program managers, partner school administrators, teachers, and parents. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the coordination of pre- and post-graduation student services, staying abreast of diploma and accreditation requirements, and ensuring the accurate completion and maintenance of all necessary documentation related to student services, progression, graduation, and accreditation. Additionally, you will provide essential support in the implementation and management of our school partnerships, becoming an expert in our student information system and other software platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise pre- and post-diploma student services managers and coordinators to efficiently manage student services responsibilities.
Maintain accurate student records within our student information system, including transcripts, grades, registration data, transfer information, diplomas, and invoices.
Address inquiries and issues from parents, students, school partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level goals.
Enforce graduation plans for each program and facilitate student enrollment processes.
Evaluate transcripts and allocate appropriate credit towards diploma attainment.
Foster regular communication with school partner administrators, teachers, and students through various channels.
Collaborate with Program Managers to onboard new School Partners and review challenging applications.
Manage official school and student records pertaining to enrollment, progress, graduation, and withdrawal status.
Maintain the Academic Calendar for each school and partner institution, facilitating communication between supporting departments, teachers, administrators, and partner schools.
Provide Report Cards and progress reports to partner schools as required.
Coordinate and oversee the Scheduling Team.
Qualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited University or College required, with a preference for a degree in education, school guidance, or leadership.
Previous experience managing student services in a private K-12 school or higher education institution, including registration, transcript administration, graduation audits, and guidance counseling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro applications.
Three to five years of relevant administrative experience.
Familiarity with eLearning instruction, online course development, and online school management preferred.
Strong understanding of online and blended learning best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in public speaking and presenting information to diverse audiences.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Experience with school-based technologies, including SIS, LMS, and MS Office.
Professional demeanor, excellent telephone etiquette, and outstanding customer relations skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%).
