We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk/Cath Lab Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities Include
Training, supervising, and supporting office staff.
Ensure timely and accurate customer service including confirming patients and the patient attendance/compliance.
Ordering and maintaining inventory on a weekly basis.
Open/Close Lab
Opening and overseeing procedure scheduling and assist as needed.
Establish and improve processes and workflow.
Work closely with fellow team members in a positive manner to provide effective solutions to
problems.
Facilitate maintenance of equipment as needed as well as yearly service requirements.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Motivation and self-drive.
An empathetic nature with a passion for helping others.
Minimum 1 year experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting
As Front Desk/ Cath Lam manager you will provide leadership for the lab and ensures the delivery of safe, effective, efficient, ethical, and culturally competent patient care for percutaneous vascular procedures whether undergoing diagnostic or interventional treatment. Must have skills in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and day-to-day decision-making.
