It's #HumanRightsMonth, with today, coined #HumanRightsDay, marking the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This year's theme is Freedom, Equality, and Justice for All, which ties closely to the work we’re doing at Lift Our Voices. Our goal is to ensure that every single American worker HAS the right to speak freely about what happens in the workplace. We've:1. Passed legislation to eliminate silencing mechanisms like #NDAs and forced #arbitration. 2. Educated business leaders and the general public about these issues, and the repercussions of silencing workers!3. Educated workers what their rights are at work.4.
